Provide exam booklets with less pages for mid-terms and tests. The standard booklets are fine for 3 hour exams, but waste far too much paper when used for shorter 50 min tests.

Online course packs would save both the university and the students money by removing printing costs. Course packs could still be rented out by the bookstore, but it could be in a DVD format.
This allows for targeted replacement of high-traffic or soiled area and saves us replacing carpet that is still perfectly usable.
If there is a justification, a fair market value cost could also be changed to the Department taking the goods crediting the Fund of the selling Unit.
